Heel mill for molds with belt driven polishers

Under the collaboration with the molding company “Enzo” and from the need to carry out the milling of the cimastone on the heel, the machine model MFC/RS has been designed to perfectly create the heel profile. The heel profile is created by blocking the mold in the related arm, moving it manually close to a copying disk that determines the depth, and is then milled in total security with the aid of a shaped mill. Once this machining is done, the operator carries out the polishing phase by attaching the polisher on the same machine, thus avoiding to having to handle the form in the successive phases. The machine has been designed and developed in compliance with the norms regarding personal safety on the workplace, and is supplied with devices conforming to CE norms carrying the related stamp. The machine is commercialized in two models: MFC /RS inclusive of the polisher. MFC without the polisher.
