Automatic mill for the production of anti-slip inserts on leather soles

The constant development of electronics applied to machines, has enabled the realization of the automation of a process that has been only in part aided by machines up to our present days. Indeed, the FR100 model, enables to carry out any design and shape requirements related to the desired shoe model, thus permitting an easy and rapid change in manufacturing models even very different from one another, avoiding the continuous and costly time losses. This versatility is enabled to be easy and rapid by a touch screen unit that memorizes the various points of the drawing to be realized and recalls the programs it has in memory. In addition, the machine carries out the milling of the right and left soles by loading and discarding each one from two dedicated reservoirs. To make the machine even more productive, two mandrels with two different mill diameters have been attached, the larger diameter mill to take away the more linear leather surface, the smaller one to enable the machining of more accentuated angles, all this carried out with the touch screen facility. With respect to the current legislation on personal safety on the workplace, the FR100 is provided with devices conforming to CE norms, an additional guarantee of the quality of the product to meet the needs of our customers.
