Pressure casting for aluminium molds

The machine prepares the outer walls of the mold for the aluminum cast, and then removes the casting impurities using compressed air. The supporting staffs for the formation of the sides (in ductile cast iron) are adjustable depending on the largeness of the model: the rear and left staffs, are to be adjusted manually, while the staff of the right hand side and of the front side are adjusted by pneumatic position cylinders; in addition, the front staff may be tilted to an angle of about 40° to facilitate the extraction of the cast. The working space available on the plane is 500x400mm with a height of approximately 600 mm the plane that closes the formation box is in ductile cast iron, with a central hole for casting. The machine is supplied standard in conformity with the current safety norms and related CE stamp.
