Coupler for small plants in leather and reinforced little heel

Having listened to the needs of a few customers in the insole sector to couple the leather half sole with the traditional reinforced little heel, has stimulated our interest in trying to design and build a system which would accelerate the coupling phase enhancing its quality, thus producing the BPM3010 model. The machine picks up the leather half sole from a reservoir, glues it and deposits it on the first station to allow the glue to reach the necessary condition before being coupled. The little heel is picked up from another reservoir, and when the leather half sole is in place, the coupling occurs and the insole is laid on a belt that takes it out of the machine. The reliability, the precision and the productivity, are the main characteristics. The computerized systems are extremely evolved and reliable ensuring a perfect working environment for all the organs at work. The machine is supplied in conformity with the norms regarding personal safety on the workplace, and is supplied with devices conforming to CE norms carrying the related stamp.
