Cutter for leather belts

Studied appropriately to carry out the belt-cutting phase from the leather block prepared in advance, the BPM012 cuts out both fine and thick lengths. The leather block is pneumatically secured on a previously prepared wooden counterweight, and once the machine is started, the pusher is automatically activated and it will advance the block for its whole length cutting it with extreme precision to the desired thickness, without any material waste. The return of the pusher to the initial run is automatically obtained by pressing a button. The cutting port is 400mm of the blade, for the length of the leather block being the same 400mm. With respect to the current norms on security on the workplace, the BPM012 is supplied standard with a key driven end course + magnetic interlock, which allows to open the mobile covers located in front of the blade and in the rear part, only when the machine is perfectly still, following the control of the inertia impressed to the blade to give it the longest stop. In addition, the BPM012 is supplied with mechanisms conforming to CE norms with the related stamp.
