Sanding machine for leather bands

The BPM011 has been designed and developed from the experience obtained in its sector, and completely satisfies all the requirements to obtain a precise alignment of the leather band with the heel. The working simplicity and the high output are the main characteristics of the machine, therefore, you can insert about 25 pairs of bands on the model carrier, depending on the model used. An alignment mechanism is found on the machine that, when appropriately set, enables the operator to align the bands on the model with extreme simplicity. Once the bands are blocked, the operator has the possibility, depending on the model, to carry out the sanding either on the large 80mm diameter pad or on the 19mm diameter pad that enables sanding even with marked radiuses. The possibility to mount two types of belts in emery cloth with pads having different diameters, with the interchangeability from the side on which the 19mm pad is mounted, confers a flexibility on covering all the needs of the market in full evolution. The machine had been designed and built in compliance with the norms regarding personal safety on the workplace, and is supplied with devices conforming to CE norms carrying the related stamp.
