Metal plate roller for plastic shapes

Developed from the experience of the preceding model, the new BPM004 has developed and solved with the aid of technology, the new modeling requirements with quick and easy setting adjustments necessary to mold the metal plates on any desired form, at the same time remaining a simple and reliable machine adapt for large companies and also for medium and small sized ones. The head that carries out the plate molding has been mobilized, while the clamping group has been renewed and modified, particularly to enable the alignment on the same level of the heel and sole form, thus obtaining a uniform pressure by the roll even though it oscillates in a clockwise and anticlockwise movement. In order to determine the surface to be leveled out, a laser diode telling the operator where the leveling ends, has been appropriately mounted. In addition the reliability of the machine has been increased thus lowering the maintenance costs even more. The machine has been designed and developed in compliance with the norms regarding personal safety on the workplace, and is supplied with devices conforming to CE norms carrying the related stamp.
